Ordering/Shipping Info

This page provides valuable information regarding ordering and shipping. Many frequently asked questions are answered here but feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Custom orders (spinal decompression marketing kits, chiropractic paintings, framed chiropractic prints etc.) require additional time to complete and ship. See the "CUSTOM ORDERS" section below for more information.

International Orders:
Our cart is currently only setup to handle domestic orders within the United States ONLY. We can and do ship Internationally via USPS Priority International mail but you cannot order via the cart. You MUST contact us before placing an International order. We will then email an invoice with applicable shipping charges.

We process payments securely via Paypal. The reasons for this are to keep our prices extremely affordable and for your security. With their secure payment processing servers we NEVER even see your credit card or other payment information. When checking out you will be transferred to Paypal's secure payment processing server to complete your purchase. Once your payment is complete the funds are transferred to our accounts and we receive a summary of your order... all without ever seeing your credit card number or other payment information.

Do I need to sign up for an account with Paypal to pay via Paypal?
A PayPal account is NOT required to pay via credit card with Paypal. Signing up for A PayPal account is required to pay via check or banking account with Paypal. (Their rules, not ours.)

I didn't receive any confirmation that my payment was processed. Did it go through?
You should receive an email confirmation via PayPal or with a summary of your order. This can take some time to arrive. If you created or have a PayPal account you can log in to your account and review your order details.

Do you take phone orders?For security reasons we DO NOT currently accept phone orders. For those customers who refuse to pay via PayPal or GoogleCheckout we can accept a check or money order via USPS Mail FROM US CUSTOMRES ONLY. Pleae contact us for an invoice and for our payment address. We will not ship orders until payment has cleared in these circumstances.


Ordering Multiple Products? Combine Shipping to Save!!
Although our current shopping cart and ordering setup allows us to keep our prices low, it also severely limits our flexibility with shipping. If you will be ordering multiple items we can often combine shipping charges and save you some shipping charges compared to the default fees the cart software would charge. If you would like us to combine shipping charges and send an exact shipping quote you must contact us before ordering to request an email invoice.

Order Processing Time:
We generally ship out all in stock items within 1 to 2 business days. In stock items are items such as our Chiropractic patient education DVDs and powerpoint presentations. Paintings, Framed Prints, and customized products orders take longer to process. Please see the "CUSTOM ORDERS" section below for more information!

Our Shipping Carrier:
We generally ship orders via the United States Postal Service.
If you choose "Standard/Normal" Shipping we ship your order via USPS First Class or Parcel Post. USPS estimated delivery time is 2-9 business days. Priority shipping reduces delivery time to the USPS estimated 2-3 business days. Please note these are estimates and NOT GUARANTEED shipping times.

Tracking Information:
When we print your shipping label you will receive an email with a tracking number to allow you to track your shipment via the USPS website. This email will be sent to your PayPal email address or whatever email address you provided at checkout. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to appear in the USPS system so recently shipped orders can take some time to appear.

Shipping Insurance:

We provide shipping insurance to cover lost/damaged shipments for a small additional fee. Although shipping insurance is optional, it is recommended because if you failed to purchase shipping insurance we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

International Shipments: We do ship internationally. If you are outside of the US please contact us to complete your order. Simply tell us the products you are interested in and we will email an electronic invoice via PayPal or Google including exact and applicable International shipping charges.

Custom orders require additional time and work to complete and ship.

Framed Chiropractic Prints: Our framed Chiropractic prints are completed on an order by order basis and we maintain a small inventory to keep our prices very affordable. Framed Chiropractic print orders can take 1-7 business days to complete. Order time can be longer (up to 7 business days) if our frames our on order or backorder with our supplier.

Chiropractic Paintings: Orders for our Chiropractic paintings require up to 14-20 business days to complete. Each painting is done by hand, by our founder and president, Dr. James. Dr. James is a single father and practicing Doctor of Chiropractic so the time required to complete each order can vary slightly. Just one of the variables involved is demand and order volume. Drying time to safely package and ship your painting must also be considered. With these factors in mind please allow up to 14-20 business days to complete your Chiropractic painting.

Rush Orders: At times we have customers request a painting or other Chiropractic art order as a gift or with other deadlines that must be met. We do our best to accomodate and meet deadlines but this is not always possible. Please keep the order completion times in mind when ordering. For extremely tight deadlines an additional "rush service" fee might be necessary.

Custom Spinal Decompression/Cold Laser Marketing Kits: Our custom mini and full spinal decompression marketing kits require a great deal of work and time to complete. Work can not begin until the purchaser has supplied ALL required information (Contact and release forms, and practice photos). Depending on order volume please allow 30-60 business days AFTER supplying all information, for your order to be completed. Kit orders are filled on a first come first serve basis.

Due to the nature of our products we generally do not accept returns. In the unlikely event you would recieve a defective in stock DVD or CD-Rom contact us and we may be able to arrange for an exchange of the defective product after the defective product has been returned. Customized orders such as our decompression marketing ktis are not returnable. That being said contact us with any issues to see if we can reach a suitable resolution.
