1. 5 Copies of the customized Waiting Room DVD. If you have the means to copy DVDs we even extend the rights to allow you copy your customized DVD for your own personal use! Make copies to give away to patients, prospective patients, or use them as direct mail advertising! The only restriction is you can't sell our DVD or any deriviatives of it.
2. The Preventing Spinal Injury PowerPoint Customized with your photos and information. You get several versions of this totally editable PowerPoint presentation. Don't Use PowerPoint? NO PROBLEM! We include a PDF version of the presentation which, although not editable, allows you to display the slides using Adobe's FREE Reader program. (The PDF version is non-editable and contains static images of the slides which won't feature any animations that are present in the the PowerPoint version.)
3. Patient Handouts in PDF format. Print out these handy fliers and handouts on standard 8 1/2x11" printer paper. These are the perfect companion to the DVD and PowerPoint and allow a quick reference reminder of the tips provided in the DVD and PowerPoint presentation. These handouts are customized with your practice information in the letterhead etc.
So how does the process work? Simply fill out and return our practice information and release form and then take your digital pictures. (If you don't have a digital camera you can always take normal photos and mail them to us...we can scan them; Ask for details). Submit your photos to us and then watch for our confirmation email.

Terms,Requirements, Etc:
A PC or Mac with Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 or newer installed is required to view and edit these presentations. A Printer is required to print slides, handouts etc. A hard drive with 15-20 Mb available space is required to save your changes to the presentation. Adobe's free reader program (available at http://get.adobe.com/reader) or equivalent is required to view any PDF documents.
This is a customized product, and due to the nature of the product no returns are accepted. We generally completed most custom orders within 14-21 business days, but we do get swamped with orders at times. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery of your custom product.
